Installations

JKSP delivers a complete installation service for most corrugating and materials
handling machinery, new or second-hand. We’re experienced across a wide range of different machinery including Langston, S&S, Marquip, MHI, BHS, SIMON, SHS Group and many more.

New machinery includes for a full corrugator line as well as flexo folder gluers, rotary diecutters, and flat bed diecutters, Printer slotters, folder gluers, stitchers, laminators, individually powered conveyors and fully automated conveyor systems.

We also offer safe removal of corrugated machinery as well as a worldwide equipment inspection service to ensure optimum performance of your machinery. And with broad experience at every level of the industry, we can also offer shift cover for your mechanical or electrical personnel - at special rates.

A bespoke design and manufacturing service

• Mechanical – including overhead bridge re-work,
  machine shortening, installation planning, etc
• Electrical – drive and control upgrades, drawing
  work when existing items are unavailable
• Software and control systems, control panel
  design and construction
• Estimating, manufacture, on-site construction and
  commissioning of our own systems

Upgrades

• Infra red dryers and infra red lamps (corrugated and litho industries)
• UV curing units (corrugated and litho industries)
• Double facer upgrades / drive conversions
• Upgrades to all existing SIMON corrugating and converting
  machinery worldwide including spare parts and wear parts
  These upgrades can be formatted for use on other makes
  of corrugator and converting machinery
• Conveyor and materials handling system upgrades
  (mechanical, electrical and software) – from conveyor lineshaft
  and chain driven rollers, drive units, replacement conveyor
